Multichannel Creative Marketeer

Background

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced team at Kinetic Software, a provider of student housing and conferencing software to universities around the world. You will help lead the way as this European leader refreshes it’s focus on North America and disrupts a marketplace.

You will be creative at heart and have a gift for developing and presenting compelling and succinct messaging through all media’s. You’ll thrive on Marketing analytics and be passionate about immersing yourself in all aspects of our customers’ world as well as all the things that make Kinetic desirable. You will be a strong multitasker, a completer finisher and be driven by a passion for our purpose of ‘creating believers’ in the marketplace and of course growing the business.

Our primary audience is Student Housing and Events professionals in Higher Education. The purpose of the Marketing Executive is to connect our audience with Kinetic in a way that engenders belief in our propositions and inspires them to work with us.

The Role

Kinetic embraces change and ‘life in the fast lane’ which means this role will continually evolve, and so will you! We are looking for a leader, not a follower. Working from home, these are some of the core activities you can expect to be doing as Kinetics’ Marketing Executive:

• Creating outbound campaigns from the underlying work in data collation and planning to execution
• Creative design from white paper to the finished article
• Video creation, from capture to post production and release
• Direct email creation and delivery
• Digital marketing and all that covers.
• Remarketing
• Landing page creation and design
• Creating and mangling workflows in Salesforce
• Segmenting and tagging data in Salesforce
• Social media management, curation and posting
• Reel creation
• Understanding our engagement statistics and honing the plan for maximum success
• Traveling to exhibitions, events and sometimes customer sites
• Ownership of exhibitions booth design and give aways
• Conference planning
• Creation of sales and marketing collateral including fliers, digital banners
• Copywriting
• Setting up, marketing and support of webinars
• Harnessing the power of Ai to maximize output
• Creating community among our customers and prosects with the potential of being involved in podcast creation and audience benchmarking projects
• Work with third party suppliers who support areas of marketing like digital marketing and video
• Work with colleagues both in the US and the UK

Skills Requirement

• Advanced user of Adobe Creative Cloud is a must including:
• Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop
• Premier Pro or a comparable video editing tool
• Experience with GA4 is preferred
• Experience with Google Ads is preferred
• Reels creation
• You are an innovative thinker who thrives on challenging the status quo

Location

• Work from home full time
• Preferably based in Central Florida or reasonable travel distance
• Intermittent travel is likely

Salary: $48,500.00 - $58,500.00 per year
