What's the role?
As the Multi-site Facility & Employee Health Safety Coordinator, you get to work with an astonishing team that plays a vital role in Carl Zeiss Industrial Metrology, LLC. Show case your skills and experience with process enhancements by coordinating facility improvements, maintenance tasks, Health Safety and Environmental requirements at assigned facility. Liaison to facilities-related suppliers and contractors, manage proposals and invoices to schedule and oversee work. Support building projects, and perform other related duties as directed to assist the Facility Director or Manager.

Here's what you'll do:
- Coordinates facilitate site improvements and maintenance at assigned facilities.
- Process all contractor/supplier invoices relative to assigned facilities.
- Maintain contractor/vendor/supplier contact list.
- Look for and implement improvements and cost reductions in assigned work tasks.
- Support and coordinate all HSE requirements for facility and contractors.
- Maintain Safety Data Sheet database.
- Provide support as an Emergency Response Team (ERT) member.
- Perform and log all facility GEMBA Safety Inspections.
- Support ISO 14001 and sustainability programs.
- Perform other functions as required to support the Facility Director or Manager.
- Other duties as required.
Do you qualify?
- 3-5 years previous building maintenance work experience.
- Detail-oriented.
- Knowledge of facility systems and their technical requirements.
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft office applications.
Nice to haves:
- Post high school degree and/or technical training in areas related to job requirements preferred.
