As a lead architect in the field of multi-family housing, your primary responsibility is to oversee the design and development of residential buildings that accommodate multiple families within a single structure.
Your job description may include the following:
- Project Management: You will be responsible for managing the entire architectural process, from concept development to construction completion. This involves collaborating with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that the project meets the desired objectives within the allocated budget and timeline.
- Design and Planning: You will lead the design team in creating innovative and functional architectural plans for multi-family housing projects.
