Work you'll do/Responsibilities.
- Identify ongoing risks and pain points throughout the project, develop and implement mitigation measures.
- Work with team to create and influence proper standards for development, governance and operational lifecycle.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of MuleSoft & cloud integration operations and delivery.

The US Cloud Engineering Offering focuses on enabling our client's end-to-end journey from On-Premises to Cloud, with opportunities in the areas of Cloud Strategy and Op Model Transformation, Cloud Development & Integration, Cloud Migration, and Cloud Infrastructure & Managed Services. Cloud Engineering supports our clients as they improve agility, resilience and identifies opportunities to reduce IT operations spend through automation by enabling Cloud. We accelerate our clients toward a technology-driven future, leveraging vendor solutions, Deloitte-developed software products, tools, and accelerators.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Management Information Systems or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of demonstrated development, implementing, and supporting Enterprise-grade technical solutions meeting complex business requirements.
- Working experience with either Java, JavaScript, .NET or Python
- Working experience on various MuleSoft versions such as 3.x and 4.x, preferably 4+ version
- Knowledge or previous experience in designing public and private enterprise secure services using RAML and REST based APIs including SOAP based APIs.
- Working experience on MuleSoft On-Premises as well as cloud environments
- Experience with Tomcat, XML, JMS, WS-*, SOA integration, API Management technologies and standards
- Detailed understanding of API lifecycle and being involved in all the stages.
- Hands on experience on implementing certificate-based security for Mule applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong cognitive ability especially with respect to understanding, documenting, and describing complex technical subjects.
- Active Secret Clearance is required.
- Must live near, or relocate to, one of the following Delivery locations: Atlanta, GA; Charlotte, NC; Dallas, TX; Gilbert, AZ; Houston, TX; Lake Mary, FL; Mechanicsburg, PA; Philadelphia, PA
- Expected to co-locate in your designated office/USDC location up to 30% of the time.
- Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. This may include overnight travel.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AWS cloud
- Hands on experience with build management tools such as Jenkins, TeamCity, etc.
- Experience delivering in scrum, agile, and other methodologies.
