Johnson and Johnson Innovative Medicine is recruiting a Finance Manager for Manufacturing & Technical Operations (MTO) consolidations. The preferred location for this role is Titusville, NJ, however this position may be based in North America or Europe.

Innovative Medicine Supply Chain (IMSC) is a global organization responsible for producing and supplying medicines to markets around the world. With quality as its primary focus, this group collaborates with Research & Development and Commercial partners to deliver life-changing solutions for patients in need.

Reporting within the IMSC Finance organization, the finance manager will report to the Sr Finance Director for MTO and support the 16 global manufacturing sites around the world. The position requires interaction with senior management from a variety of functions throughout the organization.

The IMSC Finance Manager is responsible for:

  • Lead a team responsible for consolidating financial planning, results, and analysis across 16 global manufacturing sites ($1.5 billion budget).
  • Set financial targets and support strategic plan for the organization through long range forecasting.
  • Play a key role in guiding the organization through SigniFi implementation
  • Drive standardization as a change agent to drive efficiencies aligned with SigniFi and Transcend/Transact initiatives.
  • Lead financial management reviews with senior leaders on performance and develop analytics/insights on results.
  • Collaborate with Global sites and all other Non-MAKE function finance business partners
  • Develop team of four global direct reports; create virtual rotation opportunities to enhance employee experience.
  • Other ad hoc projects

Qualifications

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required, preferably with a major in Accounting or Finance.
  • An MBA, CPA, CMA, and/or other advanced degree(s) or financial certification(s) is preferred
  • A minimum of 5 years of finance business experience is required
  • Experience managing and developing people is preferred
  • Ability to analyze financial data and bring clarity to complex business issues is required
  • Demonstrated strong performance providing financial leadership is required.
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic and ambiguous environment required
  • Prior Johnson & Johnson Finance experience preferred.

The base pay range for this position is $97,000 - $166,750

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/ performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
