• Customize your case mix as desired: "Yes, we all do a bit of general rad, but we are increasingly more and more subspecialized. If there is anything specific you just do NOT want to do at all, no problem." - current partner
• You will have a "voice at the table" from Day 1.
• Profits are shared equally amongst all partners - this is a truly democratic group.
• 4-day work week & 3 weeks on, 1 week off schedule = incredible quality of life
