HOW WILL YOU MAKE CHANGE HAPPEN?
The Client has an on-premise implementation of Microsoft Project Server (MSPS) 2013. The current MS Project Server solution runs as a service application in SharePoint 2013, which is used as the primary tool for Project, Program and Portfolio Management. The OCC uses MSPS to manage, track status and report around 350 active projects across multiple organizations in three MSPS Project Web Applications (PWA) instances. Support is being solicited for MS Project Server and Power BI implementation and migration.

- Configuring Microsoft Project Online PWA instances per current on premise MS Project Server 2013 configuration.
- Migrating existing projects and data as specified in the final solicitation.
- Establishing a user-based project online license plan structure.
- Configuration and implementation of PowerBI to access Project online project data.
- Configure Executive reports in Power BI.
