As a Game Room Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and activities of the Game Room. Your main duties will include:
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the Game Room
- Monitoring each game (working properly) and cleanliness of Game Room
- Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and disputes
- Training and supervising staff members
- Collaborating with the Manager on duty to ensure smooth operations
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
Food Service: Familiarity with food service operations can be useful in managing dining options while overseeing the Game Room.
1.Guest Services: A customer-centric approach is crucial for providing excellent guest services and ensuring customer satisfaction.
2.Events Management: Experience in planning and executing events can help in organizing parties, and other special events.
3.Experience with Children: Knowledge or experience working with children can be valuable. We are a family-friendly restaurants that provide a fun, safe, and welcoming place for kids.
4.Hospitality: A background in hospitality can contribute to creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
5.Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills are necessary for addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.
