We are seeking a motivated and reliable Crew Member to join our team. As a Crew Member, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks related to groundskeeping, mowing, and general maintenance. Responsibilities:
- Perform general groundskeeping duties, including mowing, edging, and weeding
- Assist with tree care tasks such as trimming and pruning
- Operate hand tools and equipment necessary for landscaping and maintenance work
- Assist in the installation and maintenance of irrigation systems
- Participate in snow plowing and removal during winter months
- Help build and maintain garden beds and other outdoor structures
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient completion of projects
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times
Experience:
- Previous experience in groundskeeping or landscaping preferred
- Knowledge of basic mechanical principles and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues is a plus
- Familiarity with tree care techniques and practices is desirable
- Ability to operate hand tools and equipment safely and effectively
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods of time
- Excellent teamwork skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Location:

- Proficiency in the use of hand tools commonly used in landscaping and groundskeeping
- Ability to build and maintain garden beds, outdoor structures, etc.
- Knowledge of tree care practices, including trimming and pruning techniques
- Familiarity with irrigation systems installation and maintenance
- Experience in snow plowing and removal is a plus
