Mowing Crew Member

Dream Greener Lawn & Landscape, a leading provider of lawn care and landscaping services, is seeking experienced and motivated Mowing Crew Members to join our dynamic team. As a Mowing Crew Member, you will be responsible for maintaining the aesthetic appeal of residential and commercial lawns in the South Hills area using professional-grade mowing equipment. Responsibilities

• Operate professional-grade mowing equipment, including Exmark walk-behind and 30" mowers, to maintain residential and commercial lawns.
• Perform precise line-edge trimming to create clean borders along walkways, flowerbeds, and other landscape features.
• Use blowers to clear clippings and debris from walkways, driveways, and patios.
• Conduct leaf cleaning services to maintain the aesthetic and health of the lawns and landscapes.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and operating procedures for all lawn care equipment.
• Provide exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to complete tasks efficiently and to a high standard.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of professional mowing experience.
• Ability to drive a pick-up truck and open trailer.
• Proficiency with computers and smart devices.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Knowledge of commercial grade Exmark mowing equipment.

Compensation

The salary for this position ranges from $18.00 - $20.00 per hour, based on experience.
