Sarver Movers is a local residential moving company, specializing in house and apartment moves.

Sarver Movers is looking for energetic and hardworking individuals to join our moving crew in Austin. We are locally owned and operated and allow flexible schedules. Prior moving experience is not a necessity; we just want self-starters who wear a smile at work!

Pay:

• $22- $30 per hour, plus tips

• Tips average $100-$225 a week
• Bonus from $200-$500 a quarter depending on performance and jobs worked

Job Duties:

• Communicate professionally with customers and co-workers

• Gather any moving supplies and equipment needed for upcoming jobs

• Pack customer household goods

• Move and lift heavy furniture up and down stairs safely

• Unpack customer household goods

• Assemble and disassemble furniture

• Inventory items going to storage

• Keep all trucks and trailers clean

• Drive truck from base, to moving locations, back to base

Qualifications:

• Can lift at least 150 lbs

• Pass a background check

• Have a valid driver's license

• Clean driving record

• Keep up good physical appearance and good hygiene

• No tobacco use of any kind while representing the company (dipping, chewing, e-cigs)

• Speak and understand English

Disqualifications:

• Theft

• Felonies in past 10 years (some felonies require 20 years to be eligible)

• Evading arrest

• Sexual charges

• Robberies

• DWI in past 5 years

License:

• Driver's License

• English (Required)
