Pay is $24/hr+ tips as a Lead! Tips on average add approximately $5/hr to your wages. $22/hr+ tips while training for Lead. ***Training time depends on experience and motivation.*** If you're a go getter then training could take as little as two weeks even with no prior experience!

Once you have completed the training, and can be the 2nd mover on a two mover job, then you receive an immediate $1/hr pay raise.

Clean driving record for Lead, meaning no DUI's or reckless driving in the last 5 years, is a requirement; and prefer no speeding tickets.

Outside of your hourly pay, you make tips from each customer as they see fit. Tips over an average year easily add $10,000+ to your annual income.

This is no easy job though. You should be physically fit and willing to work hard. Have a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn the job the way we need you to do it.
