Phoenix Contents Restoration is looking for a motivated leader to join our restoration moving team manage to packing, wrapping, move out and move back of customer's personal property. While keeping the customer experience on the forefront, the Crew Chief works closely with onsite content teams for accurate relocation of contents affected by property damages.
The right candidate for this position has leadership skills, is extremely dependable, has the ability to take ownership to ensure that jobs are completed in a quick and professional manner, and desires personal improvement. You will be expected to lead and mentor your direct reports, and ensure that they are completing high quality work on a daily basis. You will be moving and leading at the same time.

Duties and Responsibilities
-Manage and lead 2-3 movers to efficiently and quickly complete packouts, pack backs, and other necessary tasks for job completion.
-Train new team members in the techniques and skills of moving as needed.
-Use Digital Tracking software to ensure that customers personal property is tracked through the entire Phoenix Contents Process.
-Display professional conduct at all times in interaction with clients and team members. Treat client contents with utmost respect and care while performing work.
-Safely and efficiently use moving and industry equipment for loading and transportation of contents and materials.
-Prepare contents for transportation using company supplies to provide protection against damages using company standards of care.
-Routinely lift and move heavy items and boxes.
-Responsible for proper use of company equipment and supplies. Work within the structure of check out/in of supplies to warehouse manager.
-Load trucks and warehouse vaults appropriately.
-Carry boxes and load materials into trucks.
-Dismantle furniture with company supplied tools.
-Represent the company in a professional manner and image
-Keep open communication with contents division team members
-Adhere to company policies and safety rules.
-Perform work within the specified time frame per project manager’s estimate
-Maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times while utilizing company provided uniforms
-Ability to drive an arrangement of box trucks and vehicles dependent upon size of job. Valid Drivers license is required.
Work Days:
· Monday- Friday with occasional weekends. Approximately 40hr week.
· Local Routes – Home Daily
Qualifications:
· Must be able to communicate clearly with co-workers and clients
· Must be able to lift 50+ pounds.
· Must be able to pass a drug and background check
· Must have a valid drivers license
