Qualifications:
- Strongly Encouraged: prior customer service or sales experience, at a transportation/logistics/moving and storage company.
- Proficient computer skills (Microsoft, Outlook, etc.)
- Familiarity with using an Order Entry system.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Strong written communication skills.
- General customer service experience.
- The ability to prioritize your own schedule of work, on a daily/weekly level –
- Organized and detailed oriented.
- Comfortable working on individual tasks and team projects.
Job Description
Moyer & Sons seeks a new, fulltime, moving coordinator. You would report directly to our Director of Sales.
Primary Functions
Lead Customer Service, point of contact.
. Once an order is officially booked – the moving coordinator becomes the lead point of contact, between our customer and the office. The moving coordinator would manage a collection of booked orders and perform routine customer service functions.
. Complete a routine task list for each booked customer –
. Coordinate the customer experience from the time a customer is booked, to the time that services are completed.
. Creates the physical job file and creates/completes paperwork with the customer, as needed.
. Interfaces with the Sales Team, Operations Team, and other members of the company.
Customer Service front lines
. Field inbound calls – assist as needed, or forward to the appropriate party.
Inside Sales Support / Appointment Setting
. Field inbound calls from prospective customers.
. Explain our process / answer initial questions / set up customer with an appointment on the Sales Calendar.
Secondary Functions
· Serve as a backup to other customer service/administrative functions, at the office.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
