SalaryMonarch Cabinetry’s Mill team members are an integral part of the cabinet making process. The Weinig Moulder is the most important machine in the Mill department. It is because of the Moulder Assistant extreme attention to detail and machine awareness that we are able to create custom moulding pieces for each cabinet that we sell.
Monarch Cabinetry is looking for a Moulder Assistant who has the ability to be independent in job duties, determined to succeed, proactive in their position, and willing to cross-train in other areas during department downtime.
Job Requirements:
- Ability to read and comprehend order paperwork and blueprints.
- Basic mathematical understanding.
- Attention to small details.
- Dedication to keeping a clean and well-organized working environment.
- Ability to prioritize and meet project deadlines in a timely manner.
- Willingness to learn other department areas and assist with other duties as assigned.
- Spatial awareness to assist in providing a safe working environment.
Skills You Will Learn with Our Company:
- Carpentry skills.
- Ability to use and understand calipers.
- Ability to spot defects in the wooden materials.
- In depth mathematical understanding of fractions, decimals, radius, axis, etc. under the direction of the Moulder Set-Up Operator.
- Ability to follow and understand machine set up protocols for a Weinig Moulder machine under the direction of the Moulder Set-Up Operator.
- Ability to troubleshoot machine issues for a Weinig Moulder machine under the direction of the Moulder Set-Up Operator.

Job Details:
- Full Time Employment
- Schedule – Monday through Friday, 6am to 4:00pm. (7.5 hours overtime a week.)
- Salary - $16 to $20 an hour, this is based on experience with the possibility to increase at 30/90-day performance reviews.
