MotorClothes® (Retail Sales) Associate

Steel City Harley-Davidson has an immediate opening for a full-time Retail Apparel Sales Professional. This position will provide you with a dynamic place to work, opportunity for advancement as a long-term career.
We are looking for a passionate individual that loves motorcycles and everything about motorcycle culture. Making sure our riders have what they need to be safe and fashionable is what you will do!
This position is clearly focused on all levels of customer service - both on the showroom floor and at the retail counter. An effective team member takes customer service to the next level by facilitating all aspects of customer interaction with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Necessary Skills

• Must love fashion, riding gear and motorcycles. You can't be an effective team member if you don't love the subject matter!
• You must want to work in a fun, fast-paced environment.
• Must get excited about and want to learn about a combination of motorcycle gear and motorcycle riding.
• Must be detail oriented, proactive, and conscientious with a commitment to self-improvement.
• Must be an excellent, polished communicator with customers.
• Must like people! We help riders every day. All day. If you don't like people, you won't like this industry.

We offer a competitive hourly rate + commission and a compensation package based on experience and performance. Competitive benefits package includes monthly medical reimbursement, 401k with company match, paid time off, and uniforms. You must be able to work weekends and holidays throughout the year. Harley-Davidson dealership and Talon software experience is preferred; but, an outgoing personality with a positive attitude is a must! Skills training will be provided through H-D's online training portal, as well as hands-on sales floor experiences.
