These are the 4 quadrants that we’ve been training agents for over 23 years and have had tremendous success with.
- Agents will be trained in our Danville office!

- We train agents on both tele sales and virtual presentations using Zoom
- Working in the middle class and senior markets where families are UNDER insured.
- Lead generation is provided with a myriad of lead systems! NO cold calling!

Responsibilities:
- Must be willing to work a minimum of 20+ hours a week (We are only looking work with individuals who want to earn commissions EVERY WEEK but how much you earn is up to YOU!)
- Be willing to learn the TLG selling system including phone script, “in home” virtual presentation, product placement etc...
- Team supported environment, communication and engagement is required with TLG's LMS (Learning Management System)
- Must be able to review underwriting guidelines and make product selection based on clients age, health, and desired insurance coverage.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Insurance Agents or TOP sales rep (will train)
- Familiarity with the lead-based system is a plus.
- Coachable, Patient, Ambitious and a Team Player mentality!
- Must have basic computer skills.
- Must have a smart phone and a laptop.
