The goal of the MPC program is to focus on candidates who are likely to secure job placements quickly and efficiently, due to in-demand skills, experience, and qualifications.
This is a job for tracking purposes only.
his job will be used for proactive marketing for solid candidates who we feel are rockstars.
All MPCs will be added to the HOT LIST (see fire icon above). MPC's will be shared with CSL for marketing purposes.
Sara has created a Document folder in HubSpot called "Marketable Candidates" where she will house these MPCs. If we send scrubbed resumes via HubSpot, we can track which hiring managers open and review the resume.
