Duties include:
-Handle and ship critical mortgage documents
-Validate mortgage document integrity, order, and completeness
-Prepare and sort mortgage files for various shipping requirements
-Receive and scan closing package, prepare file for upload, deliver 2nd market investor
Skills & Qualifications:
-1 year of experience working in professional environment OR college degree
-Ability to be professional and communicate well
