Our Impact:

Servicing Strategy & Integrations is transforming our End-to-End servicing processes with our Reimagine Servicing program. This program has enterprise-wide scope and scale and requires coordination and collaboration across multiple divisions. Our team is currently seeking a Program Management Director who will focus on the program, project, and change management aspects including: End-to-End testing, Business and Technical Change Management, Customer Testing Coordination along with all relevant activities, and Program Increment Planning and Execution.

Your Impact:

The ideal candidate will have a significant impact in our team. You will guide and lead integration activities and the teams through the integration of software and services, while adopting and promoting the Agile mentality. You will engage directly with project managers to ensure success of each individual subordinate project and achievement of business outcomes collectively. Engages directly with business area team members to identify initiatives and develop business cases.

  • Responsible for the management of a portfolio of significant projects (e.g., strategic change management, new business and product initiatives, process re-engineering, establishment of control procedures) within this Infrastructure area
  • Lead implementation of End-to End testing with external partners for the Reimagine Servicing program which involves coordinating both program and product level testing
  • Has oversight of the purpose, status, and plans of all projects within the portfolio as well as cross -project dependencies
  • Implement and deliver business and technical change management activities needed to integrate program and product to customers
  • Summarize team adoption and integration objectives and publish them for visibility and openness
  • Facilitate regular meetings with industry participants to help seamlessly integrate Reimagine Servicing technologies with customers
  • Facilitate continuous improvement of Reimagine Servicing technologies by encouraging a continuous exploration process which drives the vision, roadmap, and backlogs through Pre- and Post-PI planning meetings
  • Collaborate with the communities of practice and identify best practices to enable continuous improvement across the development teams
  • Identify and advise the implementation of process improvements that significantly improve quality of the product
  • Involved in developing, modifying and implementing company policies that affect immediate operations and may also have company-wide effect
  • Implements strategic policies when selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for acquiring results
  • Establishes and assures adherence to budgets, schedules, work plans, and performance requirements
  • Regularly interacts with senior management or executive levels on matters concerning several functional areas, divisions, and/or customers
  • Requires the ability to change the thinking of, or gain acceptance from, others in sensitive situations, without damage to relationship
  • Support maintenance of program strategy, roadmap, and other management activities
  • Handle contingent worker procurement, contracts / budget, and onboarding
  • Implement ad-hoc activities and projects of varying scale and complexity

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 12+ years of relevant professional experience
  • A Bachelor's degree in a technically related field, or equivalent experience
  • Previous experience engaging partners, contributors and technical resources to integrate software
  • Requires a broad knowledge of the firm and its key functions
  • Strong quantitative, analytic, and project management skills are also required
  • Superb communication skills, with ability to convey sophisticated ideas in a clear, concise fashion to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Shown understanding of current technologies with the ability to develop and deliver projects using groundbreaking technologies
  • Strong organization and time management skills

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $184,000 - $276,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
