Mortgage Loan Processor & Admin

Responsibilities:

• Process Mortgage Loan applications efficiently and accurately.
• Manage administrative tasks related to both mortgage and insurance operations.
• Establish and nurture relationships to build and maintain a strong client referral base.
• Follow up with insurance carriers to obtain quotes for clients.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in both mortgage and insurance processes.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain clear communication with clients.

Qualifications:

• 2 years experience as a Mortgage Loan Processor within the last 5 years.
• Ability to work on site.

Skills:

• Familiarity with insurance operations is a plus.
• NMLS license is highly desirable.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
