Role Description
We are looking for a full-time Mortgage Loan Processor to join our team in Birmingham, MI. The Mortgage Loan Processor will be responsible for processing Mortgage Loan applications, verifying and analyzing loan documents, and ensuring that all loan documents are accurate and compliant with applicable regulations. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and have excellent communication and customer service skills.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Mortgage Loan processing, underwriting, and closing procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and loan origination software
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
- Previous experience in Mortgage Loan processing (preferred)

Mon - Fri
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
