As a Mortgage Loan Originator you will be developing a sales or referral network for potential Mortgage Loan applicants.

Responsibilities and Duties:
•Sales/Network Development
•Counsel bank customers in real estate financing options
•Assist applicants with completing the Mortgage Loan application and affiliated processes
•Train branch personnel in understanding available products to recognize potential referral sources.
•Assist with cross-selling other bank services to new borrowers.
Requirements and Qualifications:
•One to three years of similar or related experience.
•A two year college degree or Completion of a specialized course of study as a business or trade school or Completion of a specialized and extensive in-house training or apprenticeship program.
•Courtesy, customer service, and tact are essential elements of the job. Work Involves much personal contact with others inside and/or outside the organization for purposes of giving or obtaining information, building relationships, or soliciting cooperation.
•Must be sales oriented and skilled in networking and developing origination leads. Should be comfortable working with a non-traditional schedule.
