Mortgage Loan Originator

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Mortgage Loan Originator to join our team. As a Mortgage Loan Originator, you will be responsible for assisting clients in obtaining Mortgage Loans and guiding them through the loan application process. If you have a strong background in banking, underwriting, and financial sales, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

- Meet with clients to assess their mortgage needs and financial situation

- Educate clients on different loan options and help them choose the best mortgage product

- Collect and analyze client financial information to determine loan eligibility

- Prepare and submit loan applications to underwriting for approval

- Coordinate with loan processors, underwriters, and other parties involved in the loan process to ensure timely closing

- Provide excellent customer service throughout the loan application process

- Negotiate terms and conditions of loans with clients

- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and changes in lending practices

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Mortgage Loan Originator or similar role

- In-depth knowledge of mortgage lending practices, regulations, and products

- Familiarity with underwriting guidelines for FNMA loans

- Proficiency in using accounting software and other relevant tools

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets

- Customer service-oriented mindset

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $187,742.00 - $222,674.00 per year

Expected hours: No less than 5 per week
