Our client prominent mortgage lending entity in the Atlanta region is actively seeking dedicated and experienced Mortgage Loan Originators to become integral members of our team. As an MLO, you'll play a pivotal role in facilitating clients' aspirations of homeownership by securing Mortgage Loans.

Responsibilities:

• Originate Mortgage Loans: Specialize in cash-out refinance and purchase models, focusing on efficiently originating Mortgage Loans.
• Cultivate Client Relationships: Establish and nurture robust client relationships, prioritizing exceptional customer service throughout the loan process.
• Financial Advisory Role: Collaborate closely with clients to comprehend their financial objectives, providing informed guidance on appropriate loan options to suit their needs.
• Compliance Assurance: Ensure strict adherence to all mortgage lending regulations and guidelines, maintaining an environment of compliance at all times.
• Sales Target Achievement: Drive towards and surpass sales targets while consistently upholding a superior level of customer satisfaction.
