Mortgage Loan Officer/Loan Officer Assitant

Our branch of Canopy Mortgage, LLC (a top lender in 2022 from Scotsman Guide) is passionate about finding a simpler, faster, less expensive way to close a Mortgage Loan by combining proprietary mortgage technology with the best Loan Officers in the industry to provide customers with a fast, smooth, transparent, and inexpensive mortgage experience. Our branch is known as the Next Level Group and is not your typical mortgage branch we incorporate multiple lending options and offer in house insurance for our clients, Pod cast room to help you stand out of the crowd, a comprehensive value-based realtor partnership program and much more.

We pay commission only, but we do have the ability for qualified applicants to do a draw against commission for the first 90 days.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Mortgage Loan Officer located in Sandy, UT, with flexibility for some remote work.

We provide leads through various leads sources including our very own online social media platforms. We also encourage the use of our very extensive realtor partnership program that can help cement your current relationships with realtors and the tools to create new ones. We are looking for loan officers that are comfortable on the phone and have had experience working with a CRM on different types of online leads. j

Qualifications

• Loan Officer skills and appropriate licensing.
• Mortgage Industry and Mortgage Lending experience.
• Ability to learn and comprehended new mortgage products.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiar with the use of social media and networking.
• Ability to work independently and remotely - self driven.
• Customer Service skills.
