Compensation
We can adjust to your needs. We have options with a salary, top commission, or both. Do you want a P&L or to start your branch? We have that option too. Up to 550bps and salary based on experience and performance in the mortgage business and individual needs.

- We are looking for Licensed Loan Officers that have a track record of funding at least one loan per month and are hungry to grow their business.
- Self-Sourced Loan Officers, Direct to Consumer Loan Officers, or Hybrids (you do both!)
- Must be licensed.
- One year of experience or more.
- Desire to improve life, career, and compensation.
- Ability to take a loan application from start to finish.
- Thorough understanding of the Mortgage Loan process.
- Eager to advance your career or open your branch, a plus!
