Duties:
- Contact prospects, provide information, take applications
- Collect borrower documents
- Guide clients through the loan origination process
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other professionals
Requirements:
- MUST be a licensed Loan Officer with an active NMLS license
- Some knowledge of loan products, contracts, and lending procedures (not required)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively
