AmeriSave Mortgage Corporation is seeking full-time Client Support Specialists to work in our Outbound Call Center where you will be the first point of contact for our consumers and will transfer warm leads to our team of licensed Loan Originators. In this role, you can make an immediate impact on the growth and success of our business by building rapport quickly and creating an exceptional customer experience from the first interaction. Successful team members will then have the chance to sky rocket their careers towards becoming Licensed Mortgage Loan Officers.

The hours are 10am - 7pm EST. This is a full time position (40 hrs/wk) that will include weekends.

Responsibilities: 
  • Manage a high volume of calls with existing or potential homeowners who have shown interest in either in refinancing or purchasing a home.
  • Pre-screen potential borrowers by confirming basic information, completing a soft credit pull and asking pre-qualifying questions
  • Establish and maintain a friendly rapport with customers and overcome objections by understanding their goals and interests
  • Transfer qualified warm leads to the licensed Loan Officers
  • Set appointments with consumers for the Loan Officers
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to potential and existing customers
Requirements:
  • Inside or field sales experience required
  • Previous sales experience with a bonus component is a plus
  • Call center experience (inbound/outbound) strongly preferred
  • Telesales experience preferred
  • Previous collection, banking, financial services, or mortgage experience a plus
  • Must be high-energy and have a positive attitude
  • Must be articulate and able to quickly develop rapport with customers over the phone
  • Excellent customer service, written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage high volume of calls
  • Ability to counter customer objections
  • Must be independent, self-motivated and organized

**Please note that the compensation information that follows is a good faith estimate for this position only and is provided pursuant to the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act and Equal Pay Transparency Rules. It is estimated based on what a successful Colorado applicant might be paid. It assumes that the successful candidate will be in Colorado or perform the position from Colorado. Similar positions located outside of Colorado will not necessarily receive the same compensation. **
 
Compensation:
The hourly rate for this position is $16.50 per hour (or greater only if your state of residency requires so) plus bonus per pay period based upon individual performance.  Target annual compensation for this position is $34,000 to $55,000.
