Kiddie Academy of Bolingbrook is looking for a nurturing, passionate, positive and energetic Morning Supervisorto join our team. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Candidate would be required to open the center and work the hours of 6:30am - 3:30pm.
Candidate would primarily be in classroom but help out with supervising needs and in the office when needed.
Candidate would be a quality specialist ensuring that all classrooms are up to NAEYC standards
Candidate would be responsible for ongoing training with staff members and quality assurance
Candidate will build and maintain positive relationships with families, children and staff members
Candidate will also assist with administrative responsibilities.
The candidate will also spend part of the day in the classroom setting, inspiring children as well as modeling best practices for teaching staff.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
At least 60 college credits with 18 in ECE, 3 in business administration or related field.
- ECE Level 4 or 5 Credential OR Illinois Director Credential
- Knowledge and experience working with early childhood National and State accrediting agencies
- Knowledge of the early childhood field and developmentally appropriate practices; thorough understanding of child development in early childhood education setting
- Previous experience in and/or knowledge of training, coaching or mentoring mechanisms
- The ability to work independently and as a team member
- Exemplary commitment to customer service
- Must be an effective outward communicator and listener

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
