Morning Shift | Customer Service Team Member

We're looking for our next great Front of House Team Members!

As a Morning Shift | Customer Service Team Member, you will welcome & greet guests, take and prepare customer orders in either the front counter or drive-thru, maintain cleanliness in the counter and dining room, observe health and sanitation guidelines, and ensure each guest leaves with a smile! We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic people who enjoy serving customers. We will teach you everything else you need to know! Successful Team Members will conduct themselves in a positive attitude and truthful character demonstrating 2nd mile service to every guest who visits our restaurant.

Looking for candidates that are available to come in at 6:00 AM or 7:00 AM.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be at least 16 years of age upon hire date
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Must have a source of reliable transportation
• Reading, writing, and basic math and verbal communication skills required
• Works in hot, noisy and fast paced environment
• Must work well under pressure
• Must be able to effectively communicate with English speaking individuals
• Must be willing to work outside in all types of weather conditions
• Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position which includes, but is not limited to, standing for up to 8 hours and lifting up to 40lbs
• Ability to work at a quick, yet, efficient and thorough pace.
• Honors and encourages others to follow the visions and values of the restaurant
• Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic
• Must have a positive attitude
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
• Ability to work outside work in all weather conditions

The Chick-fil-A Dwarf House is dedicated to serving our guests not just a one-of-a-kind chicken sandwich but also a one-of-a-kind service experience in a quick service environment. Most fast food restaurants barely go the first mile with their food & service, but we desire to always go the second mile. Dwarf House is extra special because we offer heritage food items that Truett Cathy served at his original restaurant (started in 1946), as well as some southern favorites like macaroni & cheese, collard greens, and other delicious sides and food items. We also offer our signature full-service section of the restaurant where guests can eat their favorite Chick-fil-A and Dwarf House products while being cared for by a server and dining on china.
