Morning Crew Member

CREW MEMBER:

Crew Member benefits include paid sick leave, flexible schedules, and of course free sandwiches! We are currently looking for Crew Members who are available to work weekday & weekends between the hours of 10:00am - 9:00pm.

We are looking for the next ROCK STAR to join our family at Firehouse Subs® Restaurant! Part-time positions are available in most locations. Team members must understand the importance of the customer experience and understand that they are the “Face” of Firehouse Subs.

At Firehouse Subs, subs are only part of our story. A portion of purchases in 2022 at all US Firehouse Subs locations goes to the Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation, to be used to provide lifesaving equipment to first responders.

Since the Foundation started, it has granted over $69 million to provide equipment, training, and support to hometown heroes.

All because at Firehouse Subs we believe that making great subs is not enough; you have to do good, too.

Founded by former firefighting brothers Chris Sorensen and Robin Sorensen, Firehouse Subs® began in 1994 with one restaurant in Jacksonville, Fla. 27 years later, the company has spread like wildfire with more than 1,200 locations across 45 states, Puerto Rico and Canada.

Job Requirements:

Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent menu and product knowledge.

Accountable for the preparation of the guest’s order.

Able to communicate effectively with guests and handle questions and concerns in a professional manner.

Team player.

Thanks the guest sincerely for their business.

Participates in all Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation fundraising initiatives.

Maintains an organized, stocked, and sanitary work space.

Able and willing to complete other restaurant functions such as cashier or cleaning, per management direction, or any other duties assigned by the general manager, assistant manager, or shift manager.

Maintains a safe work environment, adhering to all established food and safety guidelines.

Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
