- *Supervise and monitor children's indoor and outdoor activities *Develop an understanding of each child’s progress, routines, and interests and relay needed information to parents *Provide a safe and loving environment for the infants/child in our care *Serve meals *Help in the bathroom and change diapers as needed *Ensure play, sleep, and changing areas are kept clean
Qualifications
Required
- *Ability to work a minimum of 4 hours between 7:15 am - 5:00 pm *Ability to lift 35-40lbs, bend, and stand *Reliable transportation to and from work *Must complete 16 hours of annual Early Childhood Education courses (paid) *Ability to pass a drug screen and have a current background check *Caring individual who is passionate about teaching young children
Optional / Desired
- *Experience in a Montessori classroom is a plus *Experience in customer service *Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
