Requirements to join our team of Caregivers

• You have 1+ years of Caregiving experience
• You have available Monday-Saturday and/or Sunday
• Can commute to Elk Grove, IL and surrounding areas
• You have a heart for seniors!
• Have a valid DL or ID
• Reliable vehicle with auto insurance

Responsibilities

• Assist with IADLS (bathing, dressing, toileting, hygiene, etc.).
• Engagement in meaningful activities of mind and body.
• Light housekeeping,
• meal preparation
• medication reminders.
• Transport clients to appointments or social outings

Skills:

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to provide physical assistance, including lifting and transferring clients
• Empathy and compassion for individuals in need of care
• Patience and understanding when working with clients who may have cognitive or behavioral challenges
