Job Description
- Work as a team to set up and operate a production machine in order to shape plastics.
- Adjust the machine settings to complete tasks accurately, according to specifications, and in a timely fashion.
- Take direction from the Operations Manager to produce the product, meeting quality and productivity standards.
- Prepare rotational molding equipment for daily operation.
- Mount molds with weights reaching 75 lbs.
- Restock molds after setup change.
- Clean and prepare machines, load machines, and process cycle.
- Strip parts from molds and stock in the proper location.
Requirements of the Production Machine Operator:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum 1 of year machine operation experience.
- MUST HAVE STEEL-TOE BOOTS/SHOES.
- Ability to lift and/or move 75 lbs routinely.
- Flexible, adaptable, and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina to maintain adequate productivity rates.
Shift:
- 1st shift: 6am - 2pm M-F; $16.83.
- 2nd shift: 2pm - 10pm M-F; $18.58/hr.
- 3rd shift: 10pm - 6am M-F; $18.58/hr.
- IF LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCE $1.75/hr bonus.
