Starting Pay: $19.25 PLUS $2/hr. shift differential.
Hours: 4 x 10 schedule, 5pm- 3:30am Monday- Thursday. OT as needed on Fridays (No weekends)

Job Duties Include:
- Must be able to lift to 45 lbs. continuously and occasionally up to 75 lbs., sometimes in challenging work positions.
- Must understand this position has a direct impact on the quality of product produced.
- Must wear proper PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and practice safe work habits.
- Must be able to be cross trained and multitask.
- Select appropriate log forms to ensure proper application to form the fiber logs for our hearth products.
- Mixing, molding, forming, and paintings of fiber logs and refectory along with related sub-assemblies.
- Cleaning and maintain log machines and molds daily.
