Mold Repair Technician

Shift: 2nd & 3rd Shift

Pay: $20-$36.51/hour

Location: Battle Creek, MI

Job Description:

• Trouble shoot and repair molds
• Bench work, hard grinding, and diamond polishing
• Welding
• CNC Mills and EDM setup
• Hydraulics
• Ability to run manual mills, lathes, drill presses, etc

Required Experience:

• 3-5+ years in injection molding repair, and blow molding
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic and mechanical systems
• High School Diploma or GED

Physical Requirements:

• Able to stand for extended periods of time
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds
• Have specific vision abilities related to depth perception and color vision
• Comfortable working in a factory environment with moving mechanical parts and moderate noise levels
• Position may require travel, occasionally overnight, to perform essential functions
• Position may require overtime on little or no notice, and work varied shifts to conduct duties
