Mold Remediation Technician - Part Time

We have great opportunities in the Lowcountry area for hardworking individuals seeking part-time employment. We are a locally owned indoor air quality/Mold Remediation company (green) that is part of a national franchise. Our jobs are both interior (homes, offices, etc.) as well as crawl spaces.
Love military background as well and firefighters too. We are willing to pay well for hardworking, reliable employees with positive attitudes. Primary responsibilities include: physical cleaning of mold and spraying both an EPA registered/plant based disinfectant as well as probiotics. This position provides on-the-job training, ACAC certification and growth opportunities available.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Loads/unloads supplies/equipment into and from vehicles, cleans and returns materials and equipment to proper storage areas.
• Drives and operates a company van equipped with cleaning equipment, tools, and supplies to the work site.
• Assists in placing air movers and dehumidifiers in proper room locations to remove moisture from carpet, upholstery, and air.
• Performs basic demolition taskscutting drywall, removing baseboards, and various flooring material, sprays fungicide and other materials.
• Provides exceptional customer service, treats property and contents with respect and care and brings any issues or customer concerns to the job leader.
• Follows proper safety practices, wears personal protective equipment as appropriate (gloves, respirators, Tyvek Suit) while working.
• Maintains clean and organized vehicle, equipment, and job site

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• High school education, or equivalent.
• Valid drivers license with clean MVR and access to dependable transportation.
• Able to safely lift up to 50 lbs., carry equipment up/downstairs.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal skills.
• Professional manner and team oriented.
• be willing to submit and successfully pass a background check.
