Job Summary
- Load, operate and unload molding presses to create billets for the CNCs to machine into seals.
- Set up molding presses following Standard Work Instructions.
- Load oven racks and take billets to ovens for centering.
- Prep work for machining includes cutting stock, turning billets to fit work holding fixtures and sizing/rounding sleeves to work order specifications.
- Assembly Cell operations: Part cutting, knotting, and threading.
- Hand makes secondary components and insert them into the seals.

- Detail Oriented - Ability to pay attention to the minute details of a project or task.
- Safety Awareness - Ability to identify and correct conditions that affect employee safety.
