Summary:
A manufacturer of mechanical products is seeking experienced Mold Maker. The Mold Maker will be responsible for utilizing various equipment and machinery to produce, maintain, and repair complex injection molds in tandem with the Production departments.
Requirements:
-Must have minimum of 5 years experience in repairing injection molds used in reel to reel molding, insert molding, and decoupled molding
-Possesses basic knowledge of basic injection molding, machine design/function, and plastic resins
-Ideally familiar with troubleshooting issues with molds and finished products
-Ideally can participate in preventative tool maintenance
-Prior experience in preventative tool maintenance
-IATF 16949 / ISO 9001 and/or ISO-13485 Preferred
- Knowledge of Statistical Methods Preferred
