About the Role 
Topia is the leader in Global Talent Mobility, empowering enterprise HR teams to deploy, manage and engage employees anywhere in the world. We have a new opportunity for a Mobility Solutions Advisor to join our team either on the East Coast of the US, in the UK, Ireland or Estonia.

As a Topia Mobility Solutions Advisor you'll be working cross-functionally with every team at Topia - pairing your in-depth knowledge of the mobility industry with a willingness to solve large, complex problems for our customers. Your aim will be to bring your industry knowledge, expertise, and technical skills to a ground-breaking software company that is disrupting the market with our innovative solutions. 

In this role, you will have the opportunity to transform the way companies are managing their expansive global mobility programs. You will have a lead role in bringing new customers onboard to Topia and working with existing customers through value expansion engagements. 

You will work closely with our Implementation Project Managers and Technical Consultants throughout the implementation, advising on best practices, process changes, and change management to help transition our new customers to working with us. With your deep understanding of our Topia One Platform, you'll help shape customer operational processes, ensure compliance, and improve employee experience.

Teaming with our Customer Success teams, you'll help consult on best practices and ensure our customers are constantly optimizing the way they work with Topia.  You will be the conduit between the Product design team and our customers. This critical role will have direct influence on Topia's quickly evolving roadmap as we continue to produce and enhance technology to elevate mobility programs around the world. 

Responsibilities
Responsible for the overarching solution design when working on new customer on-boarding.
Take on a variety of tasks in a flexible, agile manner supporting to organization as an industry expert as needs arise throughout the business.
SME for common business processes within the global mobility industry.
Translate customers' desired outcomes to specific and measurable value realization with customers during all phases of the customer journey.
Point of reference for configuration best practices and design approach.
Help Product to identify areas of improvement within the system.
Design tools and processes that promote efficiency within the configuration and implementation space.
Analyze customer data and documentation to identify gaps, issues, and risks.
Gather and assess customer requirements and create solutions utilizing Topia's  technology platform.
Lead customer training and designworkshops.
Responsible for the overarching solution design when working on new customer on-boarding.
Act as a key project team member that collaborates with various teams to perform implementation and upgrades, solution design, establish efficient documentation system and assist to resolve all issues.


About You
You consider yourself an "open-minded mobility expert" - with an extensive years of experience across different aspects of mobility (through Big 4 consulting or in-house roles) and an appetite to approach mobility in a new and exciting way. 
Tax or payroll knowledge is desirable.
You love technology and are passionate about change. 
You are excited about helping transform the way organizations work and ready to help move people from the offline to the online world.

You have no trouble asking many, many questions to be able to get a full understanding of a solution, a situation, a customer, anything. 
A self-starter personality and high-energy demeanor is a requirement.
Experience managing projects - big and small - including managing stakeholder expectations, gathering requirements, and working cross-functionally to deliver.
You are a swiss-army-knife type team player that is willing to flex with changes in the rapidly changing Topia environment and the global mobility industry as a whole. 

$80,000 - $105,000 a year
At Topia, we ground ourselves in being equitable, fair, and treating employees as people, not numbers. Our total rewards and pay practices are centered around these principles as well. 

Base compensation ranges are intentionally broad to cover a variety of levels and locations. Position within the range will be determined by location, experience, and skill set. Our culture is one of open and honest communication so you can expect to have a conversation with a member of the People & Culture team about your compensation expectations early on in the recruiting process.
Employees at all levels and locations are also eligible to participate in our corporate bonus plan with an annual bonus target percentage and to receive stock options. These amounts are not included in the above listed base compensation range. 

Full and part-time employees based in the U.S. are entitled to the below benefits:
Comprehensive health insurance including coverage for medical, dental, vision, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and short and long term disability. Enrollment in buy up, pre-tax savings accounts, and voluntary plans is also available.
40 paid days off per year. This includes 25 days of accrued Paid Time Off, 10 company paid holidays, 4 days of Volunteer Time Off, and 1 Floating Holiday to take for whatever day or celebration is personally meaningful to you.
8 weeks of fully paid Parental Leave offered globally for all new parents, plus an additional 8 weeks of Pregnancy Leave for birthing parents.
