We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mobile Therapist to join our team. As a Mobile Therapist, you will provide counseling and support to youth dealing with various mental health issues. If you are passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of others, we encourage you to apply.
Duties:
- Conduct individual therapy sessions in the community and home, using evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy
- Conduct family therapy sessions in the community and home
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans
- Conduct assessments to determine appropriate therapeutic interventions
- Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards
- Stay current on the latest research and developments in the field of therapy
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field
- Experience working with youth and families
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines
