Mobile Store Protection Associate

```Duties``` - Conduct regular surveillance of the premises using CCTV systems to identify and prevent theft, fraud, and other security threats. - Monitor customer and employee activity to detect any suspicious behavior or policy violations. - Respond to alarms and emergency situations, taking appropriate action to ensure the safety of employees and customers. - Conduct thorough investigations into incidents of theft or misconduct, gathering evidence and preparing detailed reports. - Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies when necessary, providing them with information and assistance during investigations. - Implement and enforce company policies and procedures related to loss prevention and asset protection. - Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with any security-related concerns or questions. ```Requirements``` - High school diploma or equivalent. - Previous experience in asset protection, loss prevention, or a related field is preferred. - Strong knowledge of criminal investigation techniques and procedures. - Excellent conflict management skills to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally. - Proficient in operating surveillance equipment, including CCTV systems. - Ability to write clear and concise reports detailing incidents and investigations. - Familiarity with laws and regulations related to asset protection and loss prevention. - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. - Certification in asset protection or loss prevention is a plus.
