Mobile Radiologic Technicians (Ultrasound Or X-Ray) -Weekends And Per Diem

Recruit Secure is collaborating with a Mobile Digital Imaging company in the Philadelphia, PA area that is seeking Ultrasound and/or X-ray technicians to join their team. The company provides Mobile Radiologic services to Skilled Nursing Homes, Assisted Living and Home Healthcare facilities, and other non-mobile communities. The successful candidate will have good experience performing Ultrasound or X-ray procedures to assist in the diagnosis of diseases and injuries and have a pleasant personality to assure and comfort patients. This position requires the potential candidate to travel to multiple Philadelphia patient sites with portable ultrasound equipment. Multiple shifts are available (Per Diem and/or weekends).  These positions are also available in the Scranton - Wilkes-Barre, PA area.  There is some flexibility in scheduling and all travel costs are reimbursed.  Salary and bonuses are commensurate with experience. Responsibilities:

• Performs radiographic or Xray procedures as prescribed by a physician
• Travels to exam areas with portable radiologic equipment.
• Operates portable radiographic equipment and monitors its operation and maintenance
• Instruct patients as to the proper physiological requirements for the procedure.
•  Manages digital images
• Complies with infection control procedures.

• An Associate's Degree
• A valid Radiologic Technologist license
• Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (AART) (x-Ray only)
• A current BLS for healthcare provider CPR or CRP/AED certification.
