About the Position:
Information is power-the more patient information a dynamic team of caretakers can gather, the better care they can provide! The objective of the Mobile Nurse Assessment Coordinator (NAC) is to promote the physical and emotional well-being of nursing facility residents.
The Mobile NAC will travel to client facilities to fill in as needed.
Position Summary:
The Registered Nurse Assessment Coordinator (RNAC), under the direction of the Director of Nursing (DON) is responsible for the coordination of patient/resident care from admission through discharge.
Qualifications:
* Must have a current, unencumbered RN license in state of practice
* Must have a minimum of 2 years direct hands-on nursing experience
* Must have a minimum of 2 years long-term care experience
* Preferably at least a minimum 1 year of RAI experience
* Proficiency in ICD-10 coding experience required
Must be able to travel extensively by air or car. Overnight travel is required. (must be able to provide proof of auto insurance). Travel Monday-Friday
