- Assess the condition of vehicles and discuss customer preferences and requirements.
- Perform thorough Car Detailing services, including but not limited to washing, waxing, polishing, interior cleaning, vacuuming, carpet shampooing, leather conditioning, and window cleaning.
- Utilize professional detailing tools, equipment, and cleaning agents to ensure high-quality results.
- Inspect vehicles for any damages, dents, or scratches, and report them to the customer or the appropriate department.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines during the detailing process.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or questions raised by clients regarding the detailing services.
- Maintain an organized and clean work environment, ensuring proper storage and maintenance of equipment and supplies.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest Car Detailing techniques, products, and industry trends.
- Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
