We are seeking a Mobile Automation Tester to become an integral part of our team! You will develop and execute software test plans in order to identify software issues. Must have either Android Expresso or IOS XCUI Test experience.
Responsibilities:
- Devise and implement test strategies that adequately assess all software aspects
- Investigate and recreate reported defects
- Work with other engineers to troubleshoot and resolve coding issues
- Track and document all testing defects and resolutions
- Participate in the design and development for test automation and support
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in software development, quality assurance, or other related fields
- Strong root-cause analysis skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
Requirements:
Having 6-8 plus experience in manual and automated testing.
- Well versed with testing process (E2E) , Test Management (Test plan, Test strategy),Defect Management
- Must have experience in automation tools knowledge and hands on in automation.
- Must know the different types of testing (Usability testing , Compatibility testing, API testing, Exploratory testing automation experience with Android Espresso, iOS XCUITEST, or both.
- Prior mobile experience, Android, iOS Prior Mobile Automation experience, running automation, creating automation scripts, modifying previously created automated tests.
- Nice to have experience on mobile Automation tool – Appium.
- Nice to have: Worked on or created own automation frameworks for mobile some dev experience creating mobile apps (commercial or noncommercial)
