We are in search of a Mobile Applications UI Designer with Hybrid App experience. You will be responsible for designing the user interface of our mobile application that is built using a hybrid development framework. Your designs need to be visually appealing, user-friendly, and consistent with the native user experience. The UI designer will need to be familiar with the design guidelines/standards of each platform.

Requirements/Experience:
- Understanding the unique challenges and opportunities of a hybrid app development.
- Strong understanding of user interface design principles and best practices with a minimum of 3 years' experience with proven mobile app experience.
- Experience with designing user interfaces for mobile devices that are responsive with desktop and tablet.
- Proficient in industry-standard UI Design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, etc.).
- Strong communication and collaborations skills.
- Contribute to the evolution and maintenance of our digital design system.
- Must have a strong portfolio that demonstrates a deep understanding of design principles and best practices.
