Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior Machine Learning Engineer with expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Conversational Analytics to join our growing team. As a key member of our machine learning department, you will play a crucial role in advancing our capabilities in conversational analytics by applying leading practices for building ML systems that are robust, secure, scalable and human-centered.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and contribute to the design, development, and integration of machine learning models and algorithms focused on Natural language processing in a Software As A Service application.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinicians, software engineers, and product managers, to define and refine project goals and requirements.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of large and complex datasets to derive meaningful insights and patterns.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in NLP and Conversational AI, and integrate cutting-edge techniques into our solutions.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record of designing and implementing successful machine learning models with a focus on NLP in a commercial environment.
• Solid programming skills in languages like Python
• Experience developing applications with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
• Experience with large-scale data processing and analysis.
• Strong understanding of machine learning frameworks, algorithms, and statistical modeling techniques.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
