Mixologist/Bartender

Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain a comprehensive cocktail menu that complements the restaurant's culinary offerings.

- Provide personalized, attentive service to patrons, offering expert recommendations and demonstrating a deep knowledge of spirits, ingredients, and techniques.

- Ensure the highest standards of drink quality, presentation, and consistency.

- Collaborate with the culinary team to create unique pairing experiences and special cocktail offerings for events.

- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, managing inventory, and ordering supplies as needed.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a mixologist or bartender in an upscale or fine dining establishment.

- Extensive knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, and ingredients, with a strong focus on crafting innovative and high-end cocktails.

- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to engage and educate patrons.

- Proficiency in bartending equipment and techniques.

- TIPS or equivalent responsible beverage service certification.
